For receipt or preservation issues, include your message title, account email, transaction reference, and receipt or verify link if you have one. Do not send your recovery key by email.

Preservation or payment issue

Describe what you expected to happen, what you saw on the receipt or verify page, and any error messages. Include your transaction reference if available.

Recovery kit question

Tell us whether preservation has completed and what you are trying to do (for example downloading the kit or using the Recovery Reader). Remember not to paste recovery keys into email.

Account question

Include the email address you use with Dear Future and a short summary of the sign-in or account problem. We will verify details safely where we can.
